What can you do with a degree in anthropology?

David Ulevitch earned a bachelor’s degree in anthropology from Washington University and founded his first company, EveryDNS, while a student. He is now a member of the senior leadership team at Cisco, where he oversees global security strategy, portfolio, and architecture for a business with more than $2 billion in annual revenue.

In a WUSTL ArtSci video, David discusses how his courses in anthropology helped him understand different perspectives and people, which translated directly into an innovative business. Watch the video here.

I studied anthropology because I found, not just the course material more interesting, but even the composition of the students in the class way more interesting.
