Priscilla Song voted "Most Engaging Professor"

Awarded at ArtSci Council Student-Run Faculty Awards Ceremony

On May 3rd, the ArtSci Council (ArtSci student body representatives) put on a student-run faculty awards ceremony. The ceremony ran from 11:30-1pm in the Women's Building Formal Lounge and presented several awards to Washington University in St. Louis faculty in a number of categories including Best Lecturer, Most Accessible Professor, Best Advisor, Funniest Professor, Most Engaging Professor, and Best Large/Medium/Small Sized Class Experiences. Surveys were sent to the undergraduate student body and each category winner has received the most votes from the survey.

This year, the Department of Anthropology's Priscilla Song was awarded the "Most Engaging Professor". Dr. Song is a sociocultural and medical anthropologist working at the nexus of China studies, global health, and science and technology studies. Her classes include
